Hello, this is what I do
For more than 15 years, I’ve partnered with organizations, executive leaders, and adult learners to navigate transformation with clarity, courage, and character. As a leadership strategist, educator, facilitator, and small business owner since 2012, my work lives at the intersection of leadership, meaningful alignment, and human spirit-centered strategy.
I’ve led transformative work with organizations including the Arc of Spokane, Klamath County Community Corrections, Downtown Spokane Partnership, and numerous leadership teams seeking sustainable culture change and stronger engagement practices. As a former Executive Director, educator, veteran, and writer, I bring both analytical depth and lived perspective to every room I enter.
Whether designing psychologically safe learning environments, building leadership frameworks, guiding succession planning, or facilitating higher frequency alignment with spirit, my goal remains the same: helping people lead with intention, evolve with integrity, activate potential, and discover what is truly possible when character becomes the compass.

My approach blends academic rigor, lived experience, strategic insight, and intuitive awareness to create spaces where people feel challenged, supported, and empowered to evolve.
I do not believe people are spreadsheets with coffee addictions. My work acknowledges the full humanity of leadership while helping teams and executives develop the practical tools needed to communicate effectively, navigate complexity, and build cultures rooted in trust and accountability. Around here, we value strategy and spirit, structure and authenticity, data and discernment. Also, if a meeting could have been an email, I will probably know within the first five minutes.
