This introductory consultation is designed for leaders, executive teams, and organizations seeking thoughtful strategy, meaningful alignment, and sustainable culture transformation. During this 30-minute conversation, we will explore your organization’s goals, current challenges, communication dynamics, and opportunities for growth related to leadership development, succession planning, mentoring program design, and culture-centered engagement initiatives.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment To honor the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to each engagement, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Information shared during consultations, workshops, and facilitated sessions will be treated with professionalism, discretion, and respect unless otherwise required by law. Preferred Communication Style Email and scheduled virtual meetings are the preferred methods of communication for client engagements, planning conversations, and project coordination. Timezone & Scheduling The Astral Leadership Group operates primarily in the Central Time Zone (CT). However, accommodation is available for clients and organizations across multiple time zones whenever scheduling permits.
